
Katie has worked in the restaurant industry since 1998,
and gained the insight and experience needed to recognize and appreciate the vital
elements that will make an evening at ZZAs memorable. From her time spent working
in the restaurants of Manhattan and her hometown of New Haven, CT, to managing a
restaurant while living abroad in Belize, Katie has developed a keen appreciation
for great wine, food, and service. Further, with a BFA in photography, Katie is a
strong believer in the power, importance and influence art and ambience can have
on the dining experience.
Katie believes the key to ZZAs’ success is more than just great wine and food,
but rather the synergy of great wine and food with impeccable service and atmosphere.
